This page outlines how to reset your password and how to change your password.
How to Reset Your Password
- Go to https://cdaa.npcc.org.
- Click "I forgot my password".
- Enter your username, which was provided by your Master Account Administrator (MAA).
- Enter your email address.
- Click "EMAIL PASSWORD".
- If the information entered matches what is in the system then you will receive an email with your new password. Please contact your MAA if the email address you entered does not match what is in the system.
How to Change Your Password
- Login to the CDAA
- Expand the "System Administration" menu, which is on the left side of the page.
- Click "My Contact Info".
- Enter your desired password in the Password textbox.
- Enter your desired password in the Password (again) textbox.
- Click "Save Item".
- When the status indicated displays "Status: Saved" your password has been successfully changed.
